Kimberly Theiss ensures PatientPoint operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
As Chief Operations Officer, Kimberly oversees all service, installation, print production, warehousing services, purchasing and vendor relationships. She also leads the Management Information Systems Group, which leverages the latest technology and software to enhance productivity.
Kimberly attended San Diego Mesa College in California. Returning to Cincinnati, she joined Cintech TeleManagement and later Northern Telecom before joining PatientPoint.
