Craig was first attracted to PatientPoint by the company’s understanding of the healthcare market, where it was going and what solutions healthcare providers needed. In his role as Vice President, Provider Solutions, Craig is now responsible for connecting physicians, hospitals and healthcare administrators with these solutions that save time and money, while boosting patient engagement scores.
“I’ve always enjoyed the technology aspect of healthcare marketing and strive to understand the needs of the industry,” Craig says. “It’s very important to listen to what providers are saying so we can help them be more efficient and achieve better patient engagement.”
Craig has been listening to the needs of the healthcare industry for nearly a decade. He started in the industry selling bariatric and wound care products to hospitals for RecoverCare, and then moved on to a sales role with Zoll Medical, selling defibrillators and heart monitors to pre-hospital settings. Immediately prior to joining PatientPoint, Craig was a Business Development Manager for Audiocare Systems.
A native of Philadelphia for 31 years, Craig recently moved to Anna Maria Island off Florida’s west coast. He’s appreciative of the laid back style the Gulf coast offers, and has recently taken up boating as a newfound hobby. He’s an avid sportsman, and notes that he prefers playing sports to watching them on TV.
Craig will be married in 2017, and—with his fiancée—proudly fostered a dozen puppies for permanent adoption in 2015.
