Meet Our Team: Keith Mangas

For Keith Mangas, senior vice president, client solutions, joining PatientPoint is like coming home, as he’s returning for a second act at the company after seven years away. While this may not seem like long, to Keith it feels like decades in healthcare time.

“Healthcare looks very different than it did just a few years ago,” Keith says. “The abundance of electronic health records and clinical decision tools has truly revolutionized delivery.”

And Keith should know, as he spent his time away from PatientPoint steeped in advanced healthcare analytics and digital point-of-care marketing, particularly in electronic health record integration. He served as a sales executive for athenahealth’s epocrates® and led business development for cloud-based life sciences software and services provider Qforma®.

While Keith doesn’t deny that healthcare has gone digital, he maintains that physician-patient engagement at the point of care will never lose its luster. And Keith is especially committed to helping brands give patients and providers the information they need to impact critical point-of-care discussions. Given the PatientPoint mantra of making every patient-physician engagement better, Keith knows he’s in the right place.

“I’m excited about returning to PatientPoint not only because I believe in what we’re doing but also because I know that big things are on the horizon,” Keith says. “Because we understand point of care–and that it transcends the four walls of the provider office–we are innovating solutions that will help brands reach patients and providers at every touchpoint in the continuum of care.”

Keith lives in Philadelphia with his wife of 25 years, Barbara, and is a proud father of two college students Hanna, 21, and Jack, 19. When he’s not thinking about physician influence and healthcare analytics he’s likely golfing, practicing yoga, skiing (or planning his next trip!) or logging some serious miles on his Peleton cycling bike.
