Kimberly Theiss joined PatientPoint in 2007 as Director of Installation, working to improve the process of installing and maintaining technology across thousands of physicians offices and hospitals. Her efforts have led to a more efficient time to revenue from an installation perspective for PatientPoint and its partners.
Improving times has been a big part of Kimberly’s personal life as well, as she’s an avid runner who is training for her fourth Ironman competition. She has completed multiple marathons, 50 mile races and even won a 100 mile race – running for 22 hours straight!
But more than her personal accomplishments, Kimberly is proud of promoting the sport as a trainer of more than 1,000 runners who are competing in their first marathons or triathlons.
This passion for helping others has played out in her professional life as well, as she has earned her current role of Executive Vice President, Operations, and oversees all elements of the company’s operations, including service, installation, print production, warehousing services, purchasing and vendor relationships.
Kimberly attended San Diego Mesa College and stayed on the west coast for a few years before returning home to Cincinnati. In 1988, she took a position with Cintech Tele-Management, which at the time was a startup developing call center software for Northern Telecom. She later joined Northern Telecom as a district sales manager overseeing the largest distribution channel.
