Megan Torbeck and her team partner with national brands as well as nonprofit associations and foundations to launch and optimize the placement of their messaging throughout the PatientPoint engagement platform.
As Vice President of Client Services & Program Planning, Megan and her team are responsible for delivering a superior customer experience to PatientPoint sponsors and nonprofit partners. The team supports the entire customer and partner journey with PatientPoint—from contracting to asset placement to reporting—to ensure successful program execution.
Megan began her career in the advertising agency world before joining PatientPoint in 2009. She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Miami University, with special focus in Public Relations & Marketing.
