Over the last 12 months, our point-of-care network has grown exponentially. As the network grew, we realized that we needed to upgrade the technology behind it and in July 2017, we partnered with Reflect, the leading provider of digital signage solutions in North America, to power our digital networks. Reflect powers over 375,000 digital screens in more than 35,000 locations. Through their ReflectView™ and AdLogic® technologies, Reflect will soon provide content management and delivery services for our digital waiting room screens, interactive exam room touchscreens and physician medical news program that deliver educational and sponsored brand content to healthcare providers across the country.
What does this massive undertaking and partnership with Reflect mean for our provider partners? It means that they can now access even more dynamic content via a flexible platform to drive more patient engagement. Providers will have more control over their programming, more ability to brand PatientPoint solutions as their own and they’ll be able to do all of these things from one convenient, easy-to-use content management portal.
Catch PatientPoint and Reflect at Digital Signage Expo 2018
On March 29, I’ll be presenting our innovative partnership alongside Reflect CTO Bart Massey at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE). DSE is the world’s largest and longest running conference and trade show exclusively dedicated to showcasing innovative digital display and interactive technology solutions for customer and employee communications.
During our session—entitled “Taking Legacy Signage Systems to the Next Level: The Keys to Consolidating and Modernizing DS and Advertising Networks”—Bart and I will discuss what businesses should consider when it’s time to upgrade existing digital signage systems.
